"GPS" European almost ready

One of Europe's most ambitious space projects, he "Galileo" is very close to putting in life. The third and fourth ship spatial turnover European satellite system was launched in orbit. This is an important stage of the project, which costs several billion aimed at establishing a European version of the American system "GPS" or "Global Positioning System", by which is achieved localization of vehicles or other equipment. With the completion of four satellites in orbit, as the first vessel and the second it was released in 2011, now everything is ready to project "Galileo" to be tested by the end. Since a smartphone or a vehicle to use their signals to calculate a fixed position in the sky take four satellites. Now, engineers can run an intensive program to evaluate every aspect of the project "Galileo", including ground infrastructure that will monitor and control the satellites. The project is recommended and supported by the European Commission.
